  • Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00 –Serviced office: Assured Events staff will handle all incoming conference enquiries; make all bookings, produce all delegate documentation including tax invoices, registrations, delegate lists, table seating plans, regular banking runs, receipts, email marketing and much more.

  • Personal Event Organiser: to project manage the event from the beginning to the end, prepare a budget and work within the timeline and budget requirements to ensure your event goes smoothly.

  • Registrations: Assured Events Provide an online registrations or rsvp, manual registrations (fax, phone, mail if needed) enabling your guests to respond in the way that suits them best.

  • Guest Speakers & Entertainment: With the exceptional network and relationships that Assured Events holds with speakers and entertainers around the world, we are able to provide you with competitive options and costings. Our specialist team will sit with you and find the right entertainment that will complement & support your event.

  • Financial Management: Assured Events will receive and process invoices via post, email, internet registration webpage and fax.  We will process payments either via credit card, cheque or direct deposit.  We will also chase bounced credit cards or outstanding payments.

  • Event Database and Software: Assured Events has a license for the latest version of Certain EventsPro Event Management System, enabling us to manage all areas of your event, email marketing, travel & accommodation logistics, all forms of reporting can be arranged to which data you would like to gather.

  • Audio visual: Requirements for speeches, speakers or entertainment. Assured Events has created lasting relationships with the best AV providers, with this they are able to sit with you create a plan of what you need, then source all requirements.

  • Events Website & Blog: Assured Events are able to set up and manage your event website from a simple page for the online payment component which we are able to host your conference. To creating a complete website, we will setup a special domain name for your conference that we can maintain for you every year, with the ability to purchase the domain and website outright.  Our specialist event web creators will meet with you to create your site, Assured Events will look after the design and content management. Assured Events will set up and give you the ability to maintain and post regular Blogs so that there is an open dialogue between you and the delegates.

  • Design: Invitations, Brochures, Digital displays, we have an in-house designer that will sit with you and create the message you want; from conceptual design to organising the hard copy brochures and digital desplay.

  • Event Photography/Videographer: Assured Events can organise a Professional Photographer or videographer for the night, to capture the evening,We are able to provide the additional service of creating a CD of photos, set up a Photo Gallery for you, creating a book of memories to leave at your office for your clients to enjoy.

  • Feedback: Results and Final Report - Assured Events will provide a Final Report with Financials, Delegate Feedback Results, Event Debrief , Reports analysis of multiple year events.
